Video Analysis and Mindset Sessions

For this Indoor 2023/2024 season, SC Central is excited to announce that we will be incorporating Video Analysis and Mindset sessions for all of our teams! These sessions will be booked as a team, and will occur at the teams/coaches discretion and cost. All teams will receive ONE free Mindset session and TWO free Video Analysis sessions.

Video Analysis Sessions

Cost: $100 per team, per session.

Every team will receive TWO free Video Analysis sessions. These sessions must be booked at least a week in advance so that we can send someone to record the game that is going to be analyzed. From there, the team will have access to a private room where they can watch the game sometime during the following week. After the two free sessions, the $100 cost will be divided amongst the players of the team.

Our Equipment: The club will be using the "Veo Cam 2" for all of the game recordings. This is a unique camera in that it not only captures the game in amazing quality, but it also comes with a subscription that allows for professional video analysis. This includes automatic highlight creation, where it will compile all of the highlights of the game into separate accessible videos within the game recording. It also includes smart zoom features, where the camera will zoom into specific plays to capture them in higher quality, allowing for specific tactical feedback. During the analysis sessions, coaches will also be able to do their own zooming and reconfiguration of the pitch to amplify the team's experience in their session. The inclusion of this camera for video analysis sessions will change the way our teams and coaches are able to view and learn from the games.

Mindset Sessions

Cost: $150 per team, per session.

Every team will receive ONE free Mindset session at the beginning of the season. These sessions must be booked at least a week in advance so that we can schedule the session for a good time for the team. From there, the team will meet with Noah, the President of The Dome, where he will engage the team in the psychology behind the game. After the free session, the $150 cost will be divided amongst the players of the team.

Mindset sessions target an incredibly important aspect of the game that often goes missed, but can make or break a player and/or team. The mindset of a team going into every practice and every game is what cultivates success, and what produces a strong team. During mindset sessions, teams will workshop specific aspects of the psychological component to being a competitive athlete. This helps to grow our players not only in their game, but also as successful people.
